Invitation to a journey of prayer.

Prayers and poem prayers

Author Fran Holler Twisdale says the prayers and poem prayers in Prayerway to Heaven came about through her more than twenty year faith journey to discover the "rest of the story". Fran has spent years incorporating Bible study and adopting ancient thought into today's realities as she prays. Inspired by scripture, the prayers in this book are reflections that stimulate conversation with GOD to help recognize GOD's plans. Fran scatters pages throughout this book with her poignant original watercolor art providing a backdrop for the words of prayer. She invites you to join these conversations with GOD.

    ABOUT THE AUTHOR

    A woman on a
    prayer journey.

Fran Holler Twisdale has a lifetime pull toward Bible study and prayer all the way back to Sunday School and Bible School as a child. A person of many talents, Fran is an accomplished organist, a crafter of unique fine jewelry, and a gifted watercolor artist. In her professional years as a dentist, she spent part of her practice working in nursing homes. In the midst of these visits, conversation often turned to life's heavy burdens and that led to requests for prayer. From those experiences, Fran wrote words of comfort, which became her gift to her patients.
